Conditions of Entry

Safety is always the priority

• Non-slip socks must be worn for adult and children all the time.    
• All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times

• Children under the age of 6 must be supervised by an adult while playing
• No food, drinks or chewing gum allowed inside the playland areas

• No external food or drinks can be brought in (with exception to baby formula) for safety and sanitary reasons
• No sharp objects or glass are allowed inside the playland areas

• No smoking, drugs or alcohol permitted

• No running, pushing, rough play or fighting allowed.
• We reserve the right to refuse admittance to any guests involved in bullying
• No pets allowed

• No refunds will be given for playland entry passes
• All equipment must be used responsibly and in accordance with any instructions provided
• Any Customers found to be behaving inappropriately or causing distress to others, will be asked to leave

• Customers must abide by the rules and regulations and must follow any safety instructions from staff.
• Any damage to the playground or its equipment must be reported to staff immediately
• All toys, portable items and parts associated with the facilities or equipment remain

Pixieland property

• Pixieland staff reserve the right to inspect any bags or goods in your possession

Upon request

• Customers must adhere to the allocated time indicated on their playland wristband
• All Customers are responsible for safe keeping of their playland wristband/train ticket a fee will be charged it misplaced or lost
• Please keep your personal belongings with you at all times, Pixieland is not responsible for any lost or stolen items
• Management reserves the right to refuse entry
