Wristband policy 

Every guest will be issued a wristband upon entry.
The wristband must be worn at all times while inside the premises.
If a wristband is lost, a replacement fee equivalent to a full-day ticket will be charged.
If a wristband is damaged, please report it to the staff immediately for a free replacement.
Any attempt to misuse or transfer wristbands will result in the guest being charged a full-day ticket fee.
Wristbands must be shown upon exiting the premises.
Guests without a wristband may be required to pay an additional fee.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in following these policies to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone.

Ferris wheel safety rules

Ferris wheel rotates every 40 minutes

• Each cabin is limited to one person with a weight limit of 25 kg. Do not exceed these limits.
• For safety reasons, children under 2 years of age are not allowed to ride.
• Follow the instructions of the staff. Only one person can enter with a ticket. Queue in single line to board and do not enter the fenced area without permission.
• While the ride is in operation, rider must fasten their seat belts and refrain from sudden body movements.
• During the ride, Customers should not leave their seats or do anything dangerous.
• Customers can only leave their seats once the ride has come to a complete stop, and it is safe to disembark
• Those with heart conditions or those otherwise unfit to ride are not allowed to participate

Train safety rules

• Train departs every 40 minutes
• Maximum 10 persons allowed on train at any given time (All ages)
• Children under 3 years of age must be accompanied by an adult
• Train does not operate on individual requests
• Safety belt to be worn at all times
• Train doors must remain closed at all times, unless instructed by staff when boarding/ disembarking the train
• Hop off one by one after the train stops completely.
• All persons must present their train ticket to staff on entry
• Must remain seated during the ride - do not stand up while the train is moving
• Do not attempt to disembark the ride while in operation
• Please advise staff to stop the ride if you are feeling unwell or need assistance
• Any persons found to be behaving inappropriately or causing distress to others will be asked to leave the ride
• Management reserves the right to refuse only
